This is the biggest seated Buddha statue of the world. This is a masterpiece of the Tang dynasty, which is 71 meters high and 28 meters large, the nose measured 5.6 m, its fingers 8.3 meter long. In 1996, it is listed on the UNESCO World Heritage. It is located in Leshan in the Sichuan province.  

The diverse environment around the statue is a high touristic spot. It is possible to encounter endemic flora and wildlife of the Emei mount.
