The Senado square, or the senate square is the biggest one of Macao. It covers 4 400 square meters. In 1990 Portugueses paved the square with mosaics. It is popular cultural place in Macao. The square is surround by the central post office, the sacred house of mercy and the Saint Dominique church, in baroc style.

It is listed on UNESCO World Heritage site in 200.
