The Tiger canyon is located on the Yanzi river, 60km on the North of Lijang in the Yunnan province.  It is compound of the Jade Dragon mountain and the Haba mountain.  The best way to make the most of the canyon is by hiking. I advice you to start at the Qiaotou village, then head to Haba, sleep there. Here you'll enjoy a one of a kind panoramic view on the Jade Dragon mountain. Furthemore the next day go down to the Walnut Grove village, then go straight to Lijiang.
